San Jose/United States

  • We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Campaign Manager who will plan and manage global demand generation campaigns for a successful gas/radiation detection company. As the Campaign Manager, You will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all outbound lead generation campaigns using Eloqua marketing software. You will plan, develop, schedule, coordinate and measure demand generation campaigns that create responses and result in more qualified leads. Global marketing team support and data-driven analysis will guide you in your strategy as you build your campaigns.
  • Oversee the company's quality and continuous improvement efforts, including strategy, objectives and milestones, developing and administrating the program, training and coaching employees, facilitating change throughout the organization.

China/Asia

  • Oversee all aspects of manufacturing processes to support the on-time delivery for customer satisfaction, including the operations of manufacturing electronics instruments with surface mounting, component engineering, plastic injection molding, sheet metal, incoming inspection, engineering document control, quality control, product engineering.
  • Architect, design and implement embedded software. Test, document and support the developed applications. Design, review and implement new product applications with co-development partners.
  • Upgrade products hardware circuit design. Develop Auto Test Equipment to increase test efficiency and to reduce test time. Enhance the existing test techniques for maximum test quality to increase test precision and production throughput. Analyze and solve technical problems encounter in the production with Production Engineer.
  • Establish the logical process flow chart according to product technical data. Improve manufacturability and product efficiency. Accomplishment of the management of task including validation and update all the technical document, validate and update of bill of material.
  • Design sensors to meet instruments and customers’ requirement. Improve current products to meet new needs of the marketing. Develop sensor test methods and test tools. Communicate with marketing and manufactory group and instrument developing group for launching new sensors into the market at the timely manner.
  • Work with marketing and engineering teams to define wireless fixed and portable products. Complete design of board schematics and layout. Work closely with software engineering teams to validate wireless sensor network from a system perspective. Bring up and validate new sensor and wireless technology. Provide wireless system application support to China marketing.
  • Analyze mold technology and structure for new products to improve the operation efficiency. Design and develop innovative, high quality products. Support R&D on new product design including manufacturability design review.
  • Manage Software R&D projects. Perform Software Design, Review, Coding and Implementation, and create relative documents.

Europe

  • Looking for a responsible Regional Sales Manager to develop business with a large impact on end-users inclusive of the oil, gas, petrochemical and environmental sector. Thorough safety equipment experience (Gas Detection preferred) along with experience to manage distributors and secure long term projects within the government/military sector is preferred.
