Authorized Service Centers

Service for RAE Systems products is available from RAE Systems direct or through our worldwide network of authorized distributors and service partners.


LEVEL 2 SERVICE CENTERS:

All Level 2 service centers have attended and completed Training 1 and 2 at RAE Systems Europe's office location. They have calibrated equipment for repairs as well as meeting the requirements provided by RAE Systems. Their Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) area must be functional. Each service center has trained personnel on site and keeps training records for that personnel. Each service center also keeps all service records for a period of 10 years. The service center holds a minimum stock as described by RAE Systems Europe. These service centers can replace non-warranty PCB boards; they can also replace membrance panels and other non-PCB soldered parts under warranty.
